Case Logbook is a surgeon's own case record. Speak the case when you scrub out and the agent turns it into a structured record. Patient names and MRNs are scrambled on your phone before they are stored. The record stays yours: portable between hospitals, never the institution's.
Pick the hospital, tap Record and say the case in your own words. The agent picks out the procedure, the side and the other details. Photos and clips go in from the same screen, or hand the phone to your assistant and it becomes a camera only.

Procedure, side and date for every case, filled in by the agent from what you said, and yours to correct. Search by patient name, MRN, procedure or hospital. Import your old hospital spreadsheet and your history comes with you.

Your notes exactly as you dictated them, the surgical team, the side, and the case's photos, X-rays and clips, on one case page. A line shows which details the agent filled from your notes, so you can check them.

Your year at a glance: case volume, operating hours, case mix and trajectory, computed from your own records, not the hospital's version of your year.

Case Logbook is in private alpha, opening in small waves. Request an invite and start with your next case.
